Dear Parents,

Greetings to you,

It is indeed a pleasure to bring to your kind attention that the regular classes of the new academic year 2016-17 are being done very systematically. The students of the hostels and day scholars have kept their full mind towards their studies and progress. As you are aware, our institution has been trying to impart qualitative education to each pupil by gathering very essential ideas and suggestions from the scholars and well-wishers of our institution.

In this regard on 14^th August 2016, Sunday at 3:00 p.m the General Body Meeting of the parents will be conducted and the meeting will be presided by our respected Chairman Dr.M.Mohan Alva.

On the same day, between 10:00 a.m and 1:00 p.m the parents can visit the school to discuss the progress of their wards. Please note that you can meet our Headmaster, Co-ordinators, Teachers, A.A.O’s, S.W.O’s and Non-teaching faculty. The parents/Guardians who would like to put forward any queries/questions/suggestions are hereby informed to put it in writing and send the same to the following address well in advance. Our respected Chairman will present the answers to the queries/questions/suggestions. Hence the queries/questions/suggestions if any will not be entertained in the General Body Meeting on 14^th August 2016.

2. The General Body Meeting begins on time.
3. On 14^th August 2016, Sunday the fee counters will be kept open.

ಆತ್ಮೀಯರೇ,

2106-17 ನೇ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ವರ್ಷದ ತರಗತಿಗಳು ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದು, ಪಾಠ-ಪ್ರವಚನಗಳು ಸುಸೂತ್ರವಾಗಿ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿವೆ. ವಸತಿ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ನಮ್ಮ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ವಸತಿ ನಿಲಯಗಳಿಗೆ ಹೊಂದಿಕೊಂಡು ಹಾಗೂ ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಗೊಂದಲವಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದತ್ತ ಚಿತ್ತವಿರಿಸಿ ಕಾರ್ಯೋನ್ಮುಖರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಸರ್ವತೋಮುಖ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣವನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರಂತರ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಈ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯು ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟವರ ಸಮಕ್ಷಮ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯಗಳನ್ನು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಂಡು, ಸಲಹೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆದುಕೊಂಡು ನಿಕಟಸಂಬಂಧದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮುನ್ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಈ ಹಿನ್ನಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ, ಪಾಲಕ-ಶಿಕ್ಷಕ ಸಭೆಯನ್ನು ದಿನಾಂಕ 14/08/2016 ರಂದು 3:00 ಗಂಟೆಗೆ ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಆಳ್ವಾಸ್ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠಾನ(ರಿ.)ದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಡಾ| ಎಂ.ಮೋಹನ ಆಳ್ವರ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಏರ್ಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಭವಿಷ್ಯದ ಕುರಿತು ಚಿಂತಿಸುವ, ಅವರ ಯಶಸ್ಸಿಗಾಗಿ ನಿರಂತರ ಹಂಬಲಿಸುವ, ನಮ್ಮ-ನಿಮ್ಮ ತಿಳುವಳಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸುವ ಸಮಾಲೋಚನ ಸಭೆಯು ಇದಾಗಿದ್ದು ಒಂದೇ ಸೂರಿನಡಿ ಎಲ್ಲರೊಂದಿಗೂ ಮುಕ್ತ ಮಾತುಕತೆಗೆ ಅನುವು ಮಾಡಿಕೊಡುತ್ತದೆ. ಪ್ರಾರಂಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರು ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷೀಯ ನುಡಿಗಳನ್ನಾಡಲಿದ್ದು ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆ ಕೇಳಲು, ಸಲಹೆ ನೀಡಲು ಅವಕಾಶವಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಅದೇ ದಿನ ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ ೧೦:೦೦ ರಿಂದ ಮಧ್ಯಾಹ್ನ ೧:೦೦ ರವರೆಗೆ ಶಾಲಾ ಆವರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಧ್ಯಾಪಕರು, ಕ್ಷೇಮಪಾಲನಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು, ಆಡಳಿತಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಶಿಕ್ಷಕೇತರರೊಂದಿಗೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಅನಿಸಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬಹುದು. ತಮ್ಮ ಸಲಹೆ-ಸೂಚನೆ-ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆ-ತೊಂದರೆಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಿಂದಲೇ ಉತ್ತರವನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯಲು ಬಯಸುವ ಹೆತ್ತವರು, ಸಮಾಲೋಚನ ಸಭೆಗಿಂತ ಮುಂಚಿತವಾಗಿಯೇ ಪತ್ರ ಮುಖೇನ ತಿಳಿಸಬೇಕು. ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರು ತಮ್ಮ ಭಾಷಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಇವುಗಳಿಗೆ ಉತ್ತರಿಸಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ತಮ್ಮ ಅನನುಕೂಲತೆಗಳನ್ನು ಬದಿಗೊತ್ತಿ ಹೆತ್ತವರಾದ ನಿಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾರಾದರೊಬ್ಬರು ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ಈ ಸಮಾಲೋಚನ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಳ್ಳುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಯ ಸಾಂಘಿಕ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೈಜೋಡಿಸಬೇಕಾಗಿ ವಿನಂತಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತೇನೆ.

ವಿ.ಸೂ:

1. ಸಭೆ ನಡೆಯುವ ಸ್ಥಳ : ನುಡಿಸಿರಿ ವೇದಿಕೆ, ವಿದ್ಯಾಗಿರಿ, ಮೂಡಬಿದಿರೆ.
2. ಸಮಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಸಭೆಯು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಗೊಳ್ಳುವುದು.
3. ದಿನಾಂಕ ೧೪.೦೮.೨೦೧೬ ರಂದು ನಮ್ಮ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶುಲ್ಕ ಪಾವತಿಸುವ ಕೌಂಟರ್‌ಗಳು ತೆರೆದಿರುತ್ತವೆ.
4. ದಿನಾಂಕ ೧೫.೦೮.೨೦೧೬ ರಂದು ವಿಶೇಷ ಸಂಭ್ರಮದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯದಿನಾಚರಣೆಯು ನಡೆಯಲಿರುವುದು. ತಾವು ಈ ಕಾರ‍್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವಂತೆ ವಿನಂತಿ. ಸ್ಥಳ : ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ವನಜಾಕ್ಷಿ ಶ್ರೀಪತಿ ಭಟ್ ವೇದಿಕೆ, ಪುತ್ತಿಗೆ ಮೂಡಬಿದಿರೆ.
5. ಸಲಹೆ-ಸೂಚನೆ-ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆ-ತೊಂದರೆಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಚರ್ಚಿಸುವುದಿದ್ದರೆ ಬರಹದ ಮೂಲಕ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರು, ಆಳ್ವಾಸ್ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠಾನ (ರಿ.) ಮೂಡುಬಿದಿರೆ – ೫೭೪೨೨೭ ಇವರಿಗೆ ಮುಂಚಿತವಾಗಿ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿಕೊಡಬೇಕು. ಪಾಲಕ-ಶಿಕ್ಷಕ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ರೀತಿಯ ಸಂವಾದಕ್ಕೆ ಆಸ್ಪದವಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಬರಹ ರೂಪದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಂದ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಪತ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬರೆದವರ ಹೆಸರು, ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಯ ಹೆಸರು ಹಾಗೂ ಪೂರ್ಣವಿಳಾಸವಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತ್ರ ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.
